This past weekend was the Freak Out Event at Desoto Central Market, complete with a man on a large red ball rolling around and juggling and women hanging from the ceiling doing amazing tricks on some fabric. There was of course, some of the best chefs in town whipping up their play on carnival food and the whole event was one of my favorite so far. Without saying anything else, let me take you through a visual ride of the dishes that were present.
