Arizona Foodie Pop-Up Demo Featuring Chef Gio Osso. On Jan 23rd, Chef Osso from Virtu and the soon to open Nico in Gilbert will be teaching you how to use chocolate to create an exquisite meal. Chef will be using chocolate to show you how to preapre a savory meal as well as a heavenly dessert.
What to expect at one of Arizona Foodie’s pop-ups?
You’ll be greeted by Diana and the featured Chef and you’ll enjoy small bites and drinks while we mingle and wait for everyone to arrive. After mingling, we’ll be seated at the kicthen to watch the Chef begin cooking up the meal. As all the amazing smells fill your nostrils and tempt your belly, he’ll share his stories and his secrets on how to create a savory and sweet meal using chocolate.
After the demo is finished and all your questions have been answered, we will move to the dining room to sample the dishes prepared in class. The last event sold out in the first day and there are only 20 spots available for the dinner. Tickets are $65 and are non-refundable. Food to be served after class will be prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated or inspected by the Arizona Department of Health Services or by the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department.
