“My wife and I recently attended an event organized by AZ Foodie Pop-up Event and Diana. I highly recommend anyone who’s laughing EVS food attending any future events.
We learnt so much from chef Gio Osso, tips on cooking, food prep, his love of chocolate, and his Italian heritage So many topics and all done with such humor and showing his real passion for his trade.
As for the food that we learnt to prepare, and then ate, it was absolutely delicious. Great wine pairings and unique uses of chocolate in appetizers and entrees.
Diana organized the whole thing and her friendly attitude and organizational skills shone through and made the event very special. I cannot wait to attend another event she organizes.

“I just went to my first Arizona Foodie Pop-Up Demo, and I had such a great time! It was nice to get to know the chef up close and personal while being around other guests who enjoy food as much as I do. It was great to learn so many cooking tips and recipes from a real professional. The best part was enjoying a delicious meal that included dishes you won’t find in any restaurant. Wine was also included and portion sizes were very generous! If you’re looking for a truly unique and fun dining experience, this is where it’s at. I can’t wait to do it again!”
“I had a GREAT time at the pop up with Chef Gio Osso. The whole experience was entertaining and delicious. It’s one thing to read about the chefs and eat at the restaurants, but to be able to get to know them as a person – what an experience! I would have had no idea that he was so funny. This was my second pop up and while they were different experiences, they were both fun. It makes me not want to miss one. I love the opportunity to hear the “chef’s tips” straight from the horses mouth and to watch them make the food, the things they automatically do and the things they come up with off the cuff. It’s very educational in the best way. May I say – you are a most gracious hostess. 🙂
Sitting down to dinner with the rest of the attendees is interesting – all are foodies from different places and in different situations with a love of food in common. Food really is an international language.

“We absolutely loved the Pop-Up Demo with Gio Osso last month. Everything about the experience was perfect. It was an intimate setting with just the right amount of people. We loved how everyone was so friendly and it was interactive. It was nice to learn how to make such things as pasta and bolognese without feeling intimidated. Gio was fabulous! Oh, and the food! Wow! It was suburb! We had no idea we would be eating so much delicious food.
We cannot wait for the next Arizona Foodie Pop-Up and kudos to you and the chef (and sous chefs) for creating such a perfect experience.”
