Roka Akor Scottsdale (7299 N. Scottsdale Rd) is thrilled to announce the AZ Fine Swine Mangalitsa pig dinner on Thursday, July 28 at 7 p.m. For one-night-only, Executive Chef Jason Alford will partner with local purveyor AZ Fine Swine and create summer-inspired dishes using the whole pig from “snout to tail”. Prized for its tender texture and buttery flavor, the Mangalitsa hog is a royal Heritage breed raised by a fifth generation Arizona farm family.
Priced at $80 per person, the seven-course menu of the Mangalista hog will be held in the private dining room and paired with a variety of local beers from Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co.
