(Teakwoods Tavern Wings)
I asked, you responded and I’m drooling!!! I love when you tell me what your favorites are around town. I’ve become slightly obsessed with eating wings and with the Super Bowl coming up this weekend, this is the perfect food to chow down on while watching the game. I’ll be ordering my Super Bowl wings for the party from one of these places you recommended. You’ll find out which one soon, I can’t wait to eat them!!
Here’s the top 4 spots that got the most votes from you:
Teakwoods Jess Jess wings were mentioned many times and they sound amazing with a medium sauce and fresh garlic & bleu cheese crumbles, then finished on the grill.
ATL were making my mouth water from the pictures on their website. You can get their wings sauced in many ways, including citrus chipotle, cajun BBQ, extreme honey habanero and lemon pepper.
Long Wongs Buffalo wings can be done up in mild, medium, hot, suicide, honey BBQ and honey mustard.
Zipps I’m sure we’ve all heard of this place and many of you enjoy their wings. They offer Zipps wings and Golden wings, spiced to your desire.
A couple places that you mentioned that peaked my curiosity were:
Angie and Jimmies is not on the internet with much information but your responses about their wings had me curious. I’m always intrigued by the hole in the wall joints, especially if they have some good wings.
Hungry Monk Their site also states that they have the best wings in town. You can get them sauced in teriyaki, sweet and sour, Crazy (BBQ w/Roasted Garlic) and Thai Peanut and so much more.
JT’s Bar and Grill has their JT’s famous wings that come in mild, medium, hot, suicide, spicy, honey BBQ, teriyaki or the works!
