I love brunch and I love Virtu, so it should come as no surprise that I would love the brunch at Virtu and I would be there on a regular basis, if I lived just a tad bit closer. One thing you can always count on with Virtu is consistency, not only from the quality of the food they always put in front of you but with the overall experience. Sure Chef Gio has won many awards and his food is recognized all over the place but don’t let this intimidate you, Virtu is the kind of restaurant you could eat at weekly, not just on special occasions. Why settle for less than amazing?
Virtu updated their menu about a month ago and on the new brunch menu you’ll find the Virtu Benedict with polenta, ham, eggs and a homemade spicy sauce with a side of fresh fruit and coffee, you can’t go wrong! The flavors blend perfectly and the spicy sauce gives it a little kick, just what we could all use in the morning.
And I’ll eat that BBL& T for any meal, I can’t get enough of that burrata and then you add bacon, lettuce and tomato and I’m in heaven! Looking for their most talked about dishes like the scallops (or maybe I talk about them alot, they are spectacular) or the octopus? They’re all still available for you to try.
