Welcome to the Wong House, where you’ll get a chance to experience Chef Bob Tam and Cocktail Master Ross Simon doing something you wouldn’t find at their restaurant. They’ll be doing dinner the wrong way but who’s to say starting with dessert is the wrong way?
This is a one-time event created solely for our 20 guests. You can expect a 4 course tasting menu with all kinds of ethnic flavors going on. Chef Bob Tam is the mastermind behind the food at Bitter & Twisted, where you can find our favorite ramen burger, the much talked about dumpling burger and the charismatic Ross Simon. Ross can shake up drinks like nobody’s business, which is why he has be nominated and awarded for his cocktail slinging more times than we can recall! Kudos to both of them for creating a downtown favorite in only two years!

Dinner starts at 6:30pm
$75 per person
Location disclosed only to guests a few days before the event.
Tickets are non-refundable. Food to be served will be prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated or inspected by the Arizona Department of Health Services or by the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department. Because of the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate allergies or other dietary restrictions, sorry!
