I just learned that about three years ago Chloe’s Corner use to be Sam Fox’s, until he sold it to one of the employees there, figures. They also have a location at the CityScape in Phoenix.
I think Chloe’s Corner is perfect for a quick bite or meeting casually for coffee, the best .50 cent coffee mind you. The diner styled eatery is nice on the pocketbook too. The egg sandwich for breakfast is delightful and filling, with eggs, cheese and bacon on the tastiest bread. I also go for simple and will order eggs and bacon with my cup of coffee. That’s usually enough for me and that coffee wires me for the day! The eggs are light and fluffy and the bacon is melt in your mouth crispy.
For lunch I crave their Chinese Chicken Salad, full of chicken, cabbage, orange slices and crunchy noodles with a soy-ginger dressing. In fact, I’ve never found it necessary to try anything else for lunch, it’s just that good. There pastries are also delicious and fresh baked. Next time your in the Kierland Commons vicinity, give them a try and tell me what you think.
