Many of the recipes are globally inspired. “We still do pizza really, really well, but we are now serving some new fabulous entrees, imaginative salads and fresh new desserts,” said Smederovac. Come experience the quick turn-around lunches and hand-crafted cocktails, premium wines, and artisanal beers.
The new look at Biltmore Fashion Park features an upscale feel. Sustainable materials were a guiding factor. The warm and rustic décor features many natural elements like oak floors, tabletops made from reclaimed wood, natural stone countertops, and artifacts of from salvaged metal. Vibrant artwork features the Grand Canyon and other iconic Phoenix landmarks. Guests will enjoy indoor and outdoor dining with flexible seating options, compliments the warm, rustic décor.
The centerpiece of the newly remodeled Biltmore CPK is the open kitchen, where guests will be able to watch as their food is prepared from scratch and favorite pizzas are tossed, topped with fresh ingredients and then crisped in an open-hearth oven.
