Eatable Event Featuring Chef TJ Culp will be on June 18th from 5:30 to 8:30pm. This is an exclusive opportunity to get a sneak peek at a restaurant concept, meet the Chef and experience dishes from his menu before anybody else does and before the restaurant even opens up, all at an exclusive and secret location.
Chef TJ Culp comes from an experienced culinary background. Most recently he worked at Central Bistro but it wasn’t long befor he decided to split from routine to start working on his dream of owning his own restaurant. With the help of a few Chef friends, he began testing menus and created the concept Pop Up Phoenix, which has been successfully hosting weekly underground dinners. The Chefs and their food have wowed so many people that they have been doing more private, larger events for people, hosting dinners for personal engagements, etc. Chef Culp is doing all of this while working on getting his new restaurant space setup.
It’s with great excitement that Arizona Foodie gets the opportunity to introduce 20 of you to Chef TJ Culp, his food and a look at his restaurant concept. Where else can you get a VIP experience to try out a restaurant before it even opens, who knows, maybe you’ll get to help decide on which dishes make the cut.
The restaurant, name to be announced soon, will be housed in a vintage building in uptown/central Phoenix area. The space is going to be industrial with an urban chic feel. They will offer 5 course tasting menus for $65 and a small intimate al a carte menu, as well as bar bites. There will be a total of 60 seats and you’ll get that fine dining big city feel but in a super relaxed and casual setting. Want to know more about the food? You’ll have to join us for the exclusive event to get a taste, grab your ticket before they sell out!
