Hey there fellow foodies! I’ve been doing a lot less blogging about food and a lot more planning food events. Big thanks and so much love to my talented writers that have been helping me out a ton these past few months by going to all the food events, tastings and media dinners. Rhea, who does Hot Dog It’s A Food Blog. Rheana, who I’m pretty sure eats out more than I do at Sip.Eat.Sleep.Rhepeat. Traci is doing a few upcoming blogs for us and she’s also started Sunshine & Cacti. There’s also Kelly, Ali and Tara that have helped out plenty in the past. These are the writers that keep this blog running, while I switch my focus to Eatable Events.
Eatable Events is now hosted out of a cozy and modern space in downtown Phoenix. We have room for 20 guests at each sit-down event to enjoy a 4 course meal, with drinks included. Our events are unique and showcase exclusive menus, brand launches or VIP parties in advance of a restaurant opening. These are the perfect opportunities to sit down as a community at the table and enjoy a meal together. You also have the ability to watch the Chef in their element, ask them questions and get tips from the pros.
Tickets have been selling out fast! Our upcoming event with Bitter & Twisted sold out on the first day. We send the ticket link to our VIP followers first and then we promote across social media the following day.
Chef Jason Alford with Roka Akor
Chef Doug Robson with Otro Cafe
Chef Julie Moreno from Jewel’s Bakery and Cafe.
There will be an exclusive launch party for the Gorilla Cheese Truck in August.
A VIP party to help launch a tequila brand with food pairings from Chef Stephen Jones.
And so much more! I’m beyond excited to see the love and passion you all have for our food scene and am grateful to be able to host these experiences. It’s such a special way to get a different look into what the Chef is truly like and what drives their passion behind their creations. It’s like having an amazing Chef cook a meal for you and your friends, in your own home.
