Inspired by Monterey’s connection to the ocean, farmlands and vineyards, Monterey Moments “pop-up” experiences have traveled to New York, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Dallas. This interactive culinary experience will now make its way to the Scottsdale ArtWalk from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1!
Executive Chef Matthew Beaudin of the Monterey Bay Aquarium (Monterey) and Executive Chef Beau MacMillan of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa are teaming up to prepare delectable cuisine made with local ingredients sourced from California’s central coast in 10 art galleries during the FREE event in the Scottsdale Arts District. Attendees can get up close and personal with these renowned chefs while sampling bites paired with Monterey wines from Bernardus Winery in Carmel Valley and perusing local art galleries. Kim Stemler of the Monterey County Vintners & Growers Association will be on hand to share her passion and knowledge of the Northern California wine country.
