RA Sushi has their new seasonal menu up and running with special drinks and food items. My favorite was the creamy and crispy lobster dynamite, I’ve already been back for more! The lobster dynamite is baked on fried rice cakes, topped with eel sauce and crispy bits of green tempura. Shown with the pomegranate mojito which has Bacardi Light Rum and PAMA pomegranate liqueur, shaken with muddled fresh limes and mint leaves.
Also new to the menu is the apple teriyaki salmon. A nice portion of salmon, grilled and sweetened with a Fuji apple teriyaki sauce and then served with another favorite, the wasabi mashed potatoes. You can see the new cherry sparkler in the background which is Three Olives Cherry vodka and PAMA pomegranate liqueur topped with Lumetta Prosecco.
The tuna 2 roll is another new item with spicy albacore mix, avocado and cucumber rolled, sliced and topped with spicy tuna tartare with cilantro and jalapenos, black pepper soy sauce, togarashi and crispy wonton chips. Enjoy this with the new chocolate martini, Bailey’s Irish Cream, White Creme de Cacao and vanilla vodka, shaken and served up with chocolate sauce and sugar rim!
Their new udon soup is sure to warm you up with grilled chicken, onions, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, bok choy, snow peas and udon noodles seasoned in broth and topped with green onions served in a warm cast iron pot.
