DMB Associates, an Arizona-based real estate development company, will start 2016 with the opening of two new West Valley destinations: a contemporary, chef-driven restaurant, The Vic Bar & Kitchen, and an intimate, holistic boutique spa, The Spa at Victory Club. Located in Victory at Verrado and perched 250 feet above metropolitan Phoenix at the base of Tiger Mountain, both concepts will be open to the public in early January – treating West Valley residents and guests to DMB’s highly-regarded style of dining and spa offerings.
The Vic Bar & Kitchen
With floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of iconic Valley landmarks reaching from the downtown Phoenix skyline to the Four Peaks mountains, The Vic Bar & Kitchen will serve fresh, seasonal dishes from Executive Chef Robert Douglas, who previously oversaw cuisine at The Madison Club in La Quinta, California and Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Douglas has expertly developed a menu of from-scratch dishes that tell the farm-to-table story, complemented by a slate of handcrafted cocktails and sommelier-selected wines from The Vic’s full-service bar. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, The Vic Bar & Kitchen offers several dining options, including a private dining room, chefs table and outdoor patio seating with spectacular vistas in every direction.
The Spa at Victory Club
The Spa at Victory Club will be the first DMB spa that is open to the public. It joins its family of exclusive spas and clubs with a personalized palette of experiences intended to energize, exhilarate and empower guests to live well. Under the expertise of seasonedSpa Director Sharon Narduzzi, who also is responsible for the exceptional spa amenities of north Scottsdale’s acclaimed Silverleaf Club, The Spa at Victory Club will infuse traditional and innovative treatments with a results-based approach that promote sustained vitality from adolescence to active adulthood. Its workshops will be focused on life’s journey and enhancing guests’ physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Seasonally, the spa will highlight a rotation of signature treatments from DMB’s private spas located within its exclusive communities throughout the West. Complete with a full-service nail salon, The Spa at Victory Club will also offer manicures and pedicures.
