At The Hash Kitchen, the breakfast parlor will be open for brunch on Thanksgiving Day and the menu has creative dishes with traditional Thanksgiving flavors. With both locations open form 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., The Hash Kitchen will have specialties including the Thanksgiving Waffle ($14), waffle stuffing, hand carved turkey, mashed potatoes, poached eggs, gravy and fried leeks and Sweet Potato Pancakes ($9), topped with maple cranberry syrup. Eddie V’s will offer Sliced Turkey with Pan Gravy, Baby French Green Beans with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Brioche Sage Stuffing, Roasted Butternut Squash, Cranberry Chutney and Hand-whipped Potatoes for $38 per adult/$15 per child.
