The Mix Up Bar at Royal Palms Resort and Spa hosted the Bourbon & Burgers – The History of the American Spirit event last week.
We got a three-course, prix-fixe menu in the outdoor Mansion Courtyard prepared by Executive Chef Todd Allison, Bourbon cocktails crafted by head barman Charlie Zeiler and “The History of the American Spirit” lesson taught by master distiller, Charlie Garrison. What a treat and might I add the weather was perfect for alfresco dining.
