Since January 2015, Two Brothers Tap House and Brewery location in Scottsdale, Arizona has been proud to support the fast-growing Arizona craft beer community. Featuring artisan crafted Two Brothers beers, a full bar with guest beers, Two Brothers coffee and a menu featuring freshly prepared, locally sourced and organic food, their new executive chef, Josh Downing from Chicago, has put to use his 12 years of culinary experience to unveil a revamped menu packed with nearly a dozen new out-of-the-box dishes that complement the brewery’s handcrafted artisan craft beers.
I was the lucky one to take on the delicious challenge of taste testing them all for you so prepare for the influx of photos and drool-worthy menu descriptions!
New starters include:
Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps constructed with Cane and Ebel BBQ braised pork, lemongrass, ginger, charred pineapple and cucumber.
Poke with lemongrass ginger soy marinated tuna, quinoa, sesame seed, cilantro, scallion, kimchi, mango and wonton strips.
Scottsdale Elote, a grilled sweet corn dressed with smoked paprika, cotija cheese, lime, chipotle mayo and ancho chile popcorn.
Their new vegetarian stand-out options include;
soy marinated and sesame crusted tofu tacos with Mexican accompaniments
Spent Grain & Quinoa Burger with feta cheese, black olives, pickled onion, arugula and house-made tzatziki sauce.
Additional new dishes include:
Roasted Chicken Shawarma: North African spiced chicken with tomato, harrisa, rice, cucumber, sliced red onion, cilantro, and tzatziki sauce on a house-made flatbread
Tap House Sonoran Dog: House-made chorizo sausage, bacon, black beans, prairie path grilled onions, Pico de Gallo, and chipotle mayonnaise on a toasted French roll

And now it is time for you to make the ultimate decision for dessert. When they place all three choices in front of you, what do you dive into first? For me it was the house-made Packi Donuts: made with fresh strawberry jelly filling. Literal heaven in a deep fried roll on a plate.
Next up was what I like to call the cookie-brownie-ice-cream-inception. Two Brothers Milk Stout Brownie: with house-made chocolate, peanut butter ice cream, peanut butter cookies, and caramel.
And finally, a brewery twist on a classic budino. Caramelized Pineapple Budino: Italian custard with spiced rum, sweet grilled pineapple and caramel roasted popcorn.
