Barrio Queen in Scottsdale and Gilbert will be hosting a Dia de los Muertos celebration from October 28 through Nov. 2. The renowned restaurant known for its Mexican soul food will host a traditional Dia de los Muertos altar, honoring loved ones who have passed away. Guests are encouraged to honor their loved ones, as well, by placing photographs or other offerings on the altar while they dine. Entertainment will be featured at both locations on Sunday, Nov. 1. Arroz con Mango will perform from 2-5 p.m. in Scottsdale, and Juan Felix will perform from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in Gilbert.
