It’s time for Workout Wednesday with OrangeTheory Fitness!
Even looking at this video from about a month and a half ago or more I can tell the difference in my body. My baby stomach has slimmed down and my muscles have started to tone up a bit. In the video I’m using 7.5lb weights but in my Friday class I was using 15lb weights. Getting back into shape is so doable and it’s so much easier when you can work out in a fun environment with some of the raddest trainers, like Blue. They make class fun, they make sure you’re on top of your game and that you continually push yourself.
